PURE Policies
Please read through our policies carefully if you have any questions/concerns on shipping, refunds, exchanges or damages.
Shipping:
Please allow 4-5 business days from time of purchase if item is in stock. Refer to Pre Order policy for items that are not in stock that you would like to order.
Pick-up Policy:
Pick ups are processed in 24-48 hours. Your order will be ready within 1-2 days. Once your order is prepared for pick up, you will receive a confirmation. Please bring your confirmation with you for verification.
Drop-off Policy:
Drop offs may be made 24-48 hours after purchase. If you need your order before then, please text me. Note that there is a travel fee of $5-15, depending on location. (30 mins = $15 travel fee)
Refund Policy:
I have a no refund or return policy meaning ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Exchanges:
If the hair has been worn, lace has been cut, hair has been washed, wefts have been unraveled, or any alteration to the hair, you may not exchange your order. Only hair that remains in it's original state will be considered for an exchange.
Damages:
Pure Intent Hair Company is not responsible for any damaged products. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you have received the wrong item so that I can evaluate and correct the issue at hand.
Pre-Order Policy:
All pre orders must be paid in full in for your order to be placed if item is out of stock. If you are doing local pick up for a pre order, please allow 5-7 business days for order to arrive. You will be notified once item arrive.
